KARACHI: Full-court reference

KARACHI, Aug 24: A full-court reference for 10 deceased advocates of the Sindh High Court was held here on Friday. Chief Justice Sabihuddin Ahmed presided over the reference.

The lawyers, who died this year, were: Azizullah K. Shaikh, Hussain Shah Rashidi, Mohammad Akhtar, Abdul Ghani Shaikh, Shaikh Mir Mohammad, Wajahat Niaz, Mumtaz Ahmed Shaikh, A. A. Bhojani, Zainul Abedin and M. Aziz Malik.

Sindh High Court Bar Association President Abrar Hasan, Sindh Bar Council Vice-Chairman Mohammad Amin Lakhani, Deputy Attorney-General Rizwan Ahmed Siddiqui, Karachi Bar Association President Iftikhar Javed Qazi and Additional Advocate-General Sarwar Khan paid homage to their departed colleagues.
