MITHI, Aug 23: A blind and disabled man of Ismail Sangrasi village, Nagarparkar taluka, has urged the chief secretary and the IGP Sindh to take action against some local influential men whose henchmen have forcibly occupied and cultivated, his agricultural land and have made his and his family’s lives hell.

Rawto, son of Punjo Bheel, disabled from legs, alleged while talking to Dawn here on Thursday that the local waderas, Jumo and Sabu, have forcibly occupied and cultivated his agricultural land through their henchman Viru and his sons.

He claimed that the waderas’ men also beat him and restricted his movement from going anywhere. He demanded of the authorities to get vacated his land from the waderas’ possession.
