JACOBABAD: Man killed

JACOBABAD, Aug 19: A man was gunned down in the jurisdiction of B-section police station in Kajlo Lashari village Kandhkot here on Sunday.

Gulzar Ahmed was going to his village in a tractor when some armed men, reportedly belonging to Khosa tribe, and opened fire.

Gulzar Ahmed died on the spot. Police shifted the body to Civil Hospital Kandhkot for autopsy. Gulzar’s nephew, Ghulam Hyder lodged an FIR against Gulab, Mohammad Essa, Adam and two unidentified persons for murder, with the B-section police Kandhkot.

The motive of the crime was said to be an old enmity.
