LAHORE, Aug 13: The Pakistan juniors team will take part in the six-nation Singapore International Challenge hockey tournament, which will be staged in Singapore from Oct 17 to 21.

Besides Pakistan and hosts Singapore, the other participating countries are Malaysia, Australia, Hong Kong and India. The competition for women will also run side-by-side the men. In women section, Malaysia, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore are the participants.

According to draw, Pakistan will play their first match against Hong Kong on Oct 18.

The teams have been divided in two pools wherein the top two teams from each pool will play the final on Oct 21.

Groups:

Pool A: Australia, Malaysia, Singapore.

Pool B: Pakistan, India, Hong Kong.

Schedule:

Oct 17: India v Hong Kong; Singapore v Australia.

Oct 18: Pakistan v Hong Kong; Malaysia v Australia.

Oct 19: Malaysia v Singapore.

Oct 20: Pakistan v India

Oct 21: Final and third position match.
