Sailors accorded warm welcome

KARACHI, Aug 7: A rousing reception was accorded to the Pakistan sailing team when it arrived here from Bangkok on Tuesday night after securing a gold and silver medal from Hua Hin international regatta which ended on Monday. Both medals came in the Enterprise Class.

Zahid Rauf/Waqas claimed the gold while the silver went to Mamoon Sadiq/Zia.

Secretary Pakistan Sailing Federation (PSAF) R. J. Afzal, led the team of officials who greeted the sailors.—Our Sports Correspondent
