NEW DELHI, Aug 7: A delegation of the Maritime Security Agency of Pakistan led by Rear-Admiral Tayyab Ali Dogar will arrive here on Wednesday to hold a two-day dialogue with the Indian Coast Guards authorities commencing on Aug 9 and 10.

The deputy high commissioner of Pakistan told APP on Tuesday that the two countries had in Oct 2005 signed a memorandum of understanding in Islamabad to set up communication links between the Maritime Agency of Pakistan and the Indian Coast Guards.
