NYON, Aug 3: British clubs Liverpool, Arsenal and Celtic were all handed tough draws in the third qualifying round of the Champions League made here on Friday. Rangers, who enjoy a 2-0 first-leg lead over FK Zeta in their second qualifying round tie, should they win, will play Red Star Belgrade or Estonian club Levadia Tallinn.

Reigning UEFA Cup champions Sevilla will play AEK Athens, while Lazio face Dinamo Bucharest.
