MIRPURKHAS July 26: Dozens of government employees took out a rally on Thursday from Market Chowk demanding early release of loan to them. Protesters led by Abdul Rehman and Amerchand reached the press club. They accused the bank officials of accepting bribes for approval of loan under the Advance Salary Scheme and using delaying tactics by raising objections on cases.

FRAUD: An ex-Mukhtiarkar Mirpurkhas and a Tapedar of Hussain Bux Mari Taluka fled following registration of a fraud case with the Anti-Corruption Establishment ACE. Two others in the same case had been sent on five-day judicial remand by the Special Anti-Corruption Court Hyderabad.
