KHAR, July 17: The body of an alleged US spy was found in the Shakai area on Tuesday. The victim, Bashir Ahmad, 30, belonged to Kunar. His family is residing in Kotki village in the Chaharmang area.

Sources said Bashir had worked as a teacher at a refugee school. They said he was one of the four Afghans kidnapped on Monday by unidentified men on charges of spying for the US forces.

They said some people informed the political authorities about the beheaded body lying near a dry canal. The body was handed over to the family.
