LAHORE, July 16: A five-member Australian security delegation arrived in Lahore on Monday night to check the arrangements being made for their U-19 and ‘A’ teams who will visit Pakistan this year.

Daryl Foster, sixth member of the delegation, will join the visiting security team later.

The other members of the delegation are Stephen Bernard (team manager), Michael Brown (general manager team operations), Reginald Dickason (security manager), Paul Marsh (CEO Cricket Australia) and Geoffrey Allardice (cricket manager).

The delegation, after meeting the PCB officials on Tuesday morning, would go to Sheikhupura to visit the venue there and from there they would travel to Islamabad followed by their visit to Azad Kashmir.

The delegates, who arrived in Karachi, did not inspect any venue there, hinting that the senior Australian team may not play any game in the country’s biggest city, in a series to be held in March-April. However, a PCB spokesman clarified the delegation was here to only review the arrangements being made for their junior teams and not for the seniors.
