KARACHI, July 16: Seven ships carrying containers, phosphate and to load molasses are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Tuesday, according to KPT sources. Berthing activity at the wharves was on the higher side where 11 ships, including Corin Thaikos, Wan Hai-303, Ever Govern, Bunga Delima to unload and load containers, Adriatic Arrow, Al-Abdulla to load cement, Bao Xiang to offload DAP fertiliser, Rose and Johar to offload crude oil and Zhong Hua-7 to load ethanol were berthed.

The following ships, Oel Spirit, Sinar Agra, Alex-M, Lady Jasmine, Adiatic Arrow, Rose and Bunga Delima were departed, while Ever Goveren, Johar, Iran Shahryar and Corin Thaikos, are due to sail out on Tuesday.

A total tonnage of 0.213m tons including 34,690 tons of export cargo and 0.178m tons of import tonnage was handled during the last two days.

The following ships are due on Tuesday: Champion Arctic to load 38,000 tons of molasses, Jiur Bhum, Hansa Stavanger, APL Sokanic with containers, Falma-1 with rock phosphate, Blue Seas with coal and African Priness with steel.
