SHIKARPUR, Oct 20: A large number of activists of the Jamaat-i-Islami brought out a rally from the Hazari gate to Lakhai gate clock tower on Saturday evening to express solidarity with the Afghan people.

JI Sindh Ameer, Asadullah Bhutto advocate led the rally. Speaking on the occasion leaders of Jamaat-i-Islami and its affiliated organisations condemned military attacks on Afghanistan by US and allied forces.

They expressed solidarity with people of Afghanistan and criticised the pro-USA policies of the rulers.

The JI leaders vowed to continue jihad against US and other anti-Islamic forces till the last drop of blood.

They announced to lay a siege to Jacobabad airport on October 23 as per programme.

They also demanded lifting of ban on the entry of JI chief Qazi Hussain Ahmed, JUI Chief Moulana Fazalur Rehman and Moulana Samiul Haq in Sindh and other provinces as soon as possible.
