Two killed on road

ISLAMABAD, July 1: Two persons were killed in separate road accidents in the federal capital, police said on Sunday.

Ali Shah suffered multiple injuries when a speeding car (LH- 479) hit him while he was crossing the road near Rawal Dam Chowk. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Ibrahim Mehfooz, 22, a resident of Jhandi Saidan, sustained fatal injuries and died on the spot after an unidentified vehicle rammed into his motorcycle (LRB-9492) in Sector G-10/4.
