DIR, June 30: A court on Saturday ordered the appointment of a person on a class four post in the education department in Upper Dir. Nasruddin had moved the court against the department for appointing another candidate as naib qasid.
The post had fallen vacant after the retirement of Nasruddin’s father and the petitioner had argued that he deserved the appointment on the post in line with the quota system.
Nasruddin said that he had approached the education department but officials were reluctant to appoint him.
