LAHORE, June 1: Temperature shot up by four degrees Celsius on Friday as the blazing sun reminded people that they were in the middle of the long hot summer. The maximum temperature was 43 degrees Celsius as against 39 degrees Celsius on Thursday. The minimum temperature was 23 degrees Celsius with 26 per cent humidity in the morning and 14 per cent in the evening.
