GUJRANWALA, June 1: Law enforcers have yet to arrest more than 20 agents and sub-agents of Sibtul Hassan Shah, including his right-handman, who had disappeared with hefty deposits.

A large number of depositors, on the other hand, keep pressing the police and the National Accountability Bureau to help them in the recovery of their money.

Speaking at a press conference on Friday, several sub-agents of Double Shah claimed that they had deposited heavy amounts of the people with Ehsan Ranjha, a close aide to Shah, for doubling the money but he escaped with 15 bags of currency notes worth Rs210 million the day Shah was arrested.

The depositors were threatening them and demanding their money, they said, calling for the early arrest of all the agents and sub-agents.
