KARACHI, May 30: Opener Naved Khan and all-rounder Fawad Alam starred in Al-Noor Gymkhana’s massive 227-run win over A O Cricket Club in the KCCA Inter-club Super League cricket tournament at the Asghar Ali Shah Stadium on Wednesday.

Naved cracked nine fours in his 139, Fawad Alam got 76 with five fours and a six and Javed Qadeer slammed six fours and a six in his 64 as Al-Noor Gymkhana amassed 329-4 in the stipulated 45 overs.

A O CC responded pathetically and collapsed for a paltry 102 in the 19th over. Jahanzeb Baig top scored with 33. Fawad followed his fine century with four wickets for 18.
