Wins for NUG, Punjab CC

KARACHI, May 28: Punjab Cricket Club and New United Gymkhana (NUG) won their respective matches in the fifth Pak-China Gold Cup cricket tournament on Sunday. Punjab CC defeated United Sports by four wickets. Shoaib Ahmed, Shafiq Papa and Tanzeem Gul captured three wickets apiece and Tasleem Baloch hammered a fine 51 for the winners at the Punjab Ground.

Meanwhile, New United Gymkhana beat Airport Stars by five wickets at the Airport Stadium with Imran Khan (76) and Ahmed Faraz (50) shining for the victors.
