HYDERABAD: Army official killed

HYDERABAD, March 1: An army official, Nadeem Asghar, was killed while the driver of his official jeep was injured in an accident on the Super Highway on Friday.

According to the Edhi Welfare Centre, the jeep (PAF-27259) was headed towards Chore from Karachi when its tyre burst and it overturned near a petrol pump at the Matko Khan Palari hotel.

The injured driver was taken to the Civil Hospital, Karachi, for medical treatment.
