ISLAMABAD, May 23: The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has recommended the following candidates for appointment against the given posts. Qasim Saeed as TWO nautical surveyors, mercantile marine department, Karachi, ministry of ports and shipping (BS-18); Muzafar Ali Jakhro as TWO assistant director, Directorate of Dock Workers Safety, ministry of labour, manpower and overseas Pakistanis (BS-17).

Mohammad Rashid as social welfare officer, JPMC, Karachi, ministry of health (BS-17); Nadia Ahmed as social welfare officer, National Commission for Child Welfare and Development, ministry of social welfare and special education (BS-17).

Qudsia Khanum as lady medical officer Pakistan Forest Institute, Peshawar, ministry of environment (BS-17); and Mohammad Masoodul Haq as medical officer airports security force, ministry of defence (BS-16).

APP adds: The FPSC has recommended Abdul Qayyum for appointment against the post of statistician, ministry of defence (BS-18); Mohammad Khalid Latif as deputy director, National Commission for Child Welfare and Development, ministry of social welfare and special education (BS-18).

Likewise, it recommended Ghulam Mustafa Sheikh for appointment against the post of assistant director (archives), National Archives of Pakistan Cabinet Division (BS-16).
