LAHORE, May 21: The Labour Party Pakistan has convened a conference of civil society organisations for expressing solidarity with the lawyers at the Lahore Press Club on Wednesday afternoon.

The conference will be attended by representatives of the Pakistan Workers Confederation, All-Pakistan Professors and Lecturers Association, Muttahida Mahaz-i-Asataza, All-Pakistan Teachers Federation, Telecommunication Workers Joint Action Committee, Pakistan Kissan Rabita Committee, Joint Action Committee for Peoples Rights, All Pakistan Banks and Insurance Companies Workers Ittehad, Anjuman Asiaee Awam, Peoples Labour Bureau, All Pakistan Trade Union Federation, National Trade Union Federation, Pakistan Medical Association, Lahore High Court Bar Association, District Bar Association and Anjuman Taraqi Pasand Musanifeen.
