KINGSTON (Jamaica), May 12: World 100m record-holder Asafa Powell, of Jamaica is set to return from a bout with knee tendinitis and run at the AthleticsBet meet on May 29.

In the past three weeks, Powell has pulled out of the Mt. Sac and Penn Relays, along with the Jamaica International Invitational on Saturday because of tendinitis in his right knee.

Powell had to limit his training, but he is now back to full strength.—AP
