ISLAMABAD, April 30: A meeting of the Board of Privatisation Commission, which was held here on Monday under the chairmanship of Zahid Hamid, Federal Minister for Privatisation and Investment approved the appointment of BMA Capital as Financial Advisor for the privatisation of SME Bank.

In respect of the privatization of National Investment Trust Limited (NITL), the PC board directed the transaction committee to review the feedback received from interested parties and finalise recommendations.

The board also reviewed pre-qualification of interested parties for the privatisation of Hazara Phosphate Fertilizers Limited and the privatisation process of National Power Construction Company.—APP
