MULTAN, April 24: A one-day seminar on `History of Multan’ will be held here on Wednesday (today) at the Pakistan Studies department of the Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU).
The seminar has been organised by the department in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission and the British Council.
The seminar is a continuation of the ‘Linkage Programme’ that has been launched between the BZU’s department and the Royal Holloway College, University of London.
Dr Aslam Ansari, Zubair S Ghauri, Prof Shaukat Mughal, Prof M Ashiq Durrani, Prof Khurram Qadir, Dr Shafeeq Bhatti, Prof Dr Anwar Ahmed, Hafeezullah Khan, Rehan Iqbal and Zulfiqar Bhatti will dilate upon different topics of history of Multan.
RESULTS DECLARED: The Bahauddin Zakariya University on Wednesday declared results of MA Urdu (part-I) and M Com (part-II).
Of 405 candidates, 183 were declared successful in MA Urdu exam with 45.19 pass percentage. As many as 44 candidates got through in M Com exam out of 63, showing 69.84 pass percentage.
