MURREE, April 23: There is no confusion between Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) about the latter’s striking a deal with the government after denial of such rumours by PPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto.

This was stated by PML-N chairman Raja Zafarul Haq here on Saturday

He said both the opposition parties would act upon the Charter of Democracy.

He said the government had deliberately created confusion by spreading the rumours of a deal with the PPP to sabotage the unity of the joint apposition against the government.

He said the top leadership of PPP had assured the PML-N that there would be no deal with the military-led government. He said the government was trying to create a rift among the apposition parties.

The PML-N leader visited Murree to condole the deaths of former UC nazim and local leader of the party, Sardar Wajid Rashid and Pakistan Movement worker Mirza Sharif Baig.
