Gen Ehsan in Beijing

ISLAMABAD, April 23: Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Chairman General Ehsan Ul Haq arrived in Beijing on Monday to attend fifth round of the Pakistan-China defence and security talks.

The talks are scheduled to be held between April 25 and 30.

During his visit, Gen Ehsan is likely to meet the senior Chinese military leadership.

He will also call on Gen Liang Guanglie, chief of the general staff of the People’s Liberation Army and member of the central military commission. He is also expected to meet the senior political leadership of China at the People’s Great Hall.—APP
