Rs2.8m to be spent on AIOU labs

ISLAMABAD, April 22: Vice-Chancellors Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) Dr Mehmoodul Hasan Butt has said that laboratories of the chemistry department would be established with a grant of Rs2.8 million.

Speaking at a seminar on ‘Polymer industry’ he said that the laboratories would be having latest and modern tools.

A science complex has been constructed for research on modern lines with a cost of Rs30 million and Rs50 million are being spent on the provision of requirements, he said.—PPI
