SHIKARPUR, April 22: Three men, Khan Khoso, Mir Mohammad Khoso and Munawar Khoso, were killed allegedly by a group of Shar clansmen in Mad Khoso village on Sunday when they were harvesting wheat crop in their fields.

The motive behind the incident is said to be the ongoing dispute between Shar and Khoso tribes.

No FIR has been registered till the filing of this report.

In another incident, a man was killed and three others injured amid the on going feud between Brohis and Marfanis in the jurisdiction of Karan Police station.

A group of armed Marfani tribesmen attacked Abdul Rehman Brohi village with rocket launchers and other automatic weapons. As a result of heavy exchange of fire between the two tribes, one Ghulam Nabi Brohi was killed, while three others received bullet injuries whose names could not be ascertained.

More than 70 people belonging to Brohis, Marfanis, Kamranis and other rival tribes have lost their lives in clashes during last year.

No FIR was registered till the filing of this report.

In yet another incident, Maulvi Ghulam Ali Unnar, local leader of JUI, was allegedly shot dead by his relative Imdad alias Imdoon Unnar with the help of nine others in Jado Kalhoro in Garhi Yasin taluka. The motive behind the murder is said to be an old enmity.
