TOBA TEK SINGH, April 18: Traders took out a protest procession on Wednesday against unscheduled load shedding. Led by Anjuman Tajran president Mian Anwar, the procession started from Saddar Bazaar. After marching through various roads, it reached FESCO Complex where a delegation of traders met executive engineer Mian Abdul Shakoor and apprised him that due to frequent power outages their business was suffering.

The XEN told them that the load shedding was not a local matter but was being done countrywide due to power shortage. However, he assured them that Wapda higher authorities would be apprised of their protest.
