KARACHI: ICO exam today

KARACHI, April 11: The ICO annual examination for local students will be held on Thursday at a private hotel from 8.30am, Professor Akbar Haider Soomro, the provincial coordinator for the programme, said.

Prof Soomro said that International College of Ophthalmology, Cambridge, UK, is holding the basic and clinical side examination in the city to facilitate medical graduates interested in taking ophthalmology as a career. Passing out of basic and clinical assessment in Pakistan will exempt the candidates from FRCS part-I (Glasgow).—Staff Reporter
