LANDI KOTAL (Khyber Agency), April 9: Fata health officials have transferred a store-keeper of the Agency Headquarters Hospital for his alleged involvement in theft.

According to the health department’s inquiry committee, the man had stolen medicines worth million of rupees. Hospital sources said the storekeeper had not relinquished his post after being transferred to another position in the hospital.

Meanwhile, hospital’s medical superintendent Dr Zar Alam has denied issuing any statement about the involvement of two of his colleagues — Dr Rehman and Dr Feroz Shah — in theft.
