PESHAWAR, March 31: The World Bank is interested in assisting the provincial government in health and education programmes, besides areas like private sector development, social protection and financial management.

These views were expressed by Harsha Aturupane, the chief of a World Bank delegation that called on NWFP Minister for Finance and Environment Shah Raz Khan here. Special secretary Aurangzeb Haq and in-charge of the reform unit Abdul Latif attended the meeting.
