Reports said that accused Musa, who was a teacher by profession, was shot dead by his brother-in-law. The deceased, who was the resident of Shakir Town, had contracted a court marriage with the sister of killer Muhammad Awais. Later, the accused surrendered himself to Civil Lines police.

Choti Ziareen police had arrested deceased Musa on the charge of kidnapping the sister of Muhammad Awais.

It may be mentioned that more than five incidents of murder have occurred in district courts during the last seven years.
