KHAIRPUR, March 19: Two women were kidnapped from their house in Joyo village near Kamaldero on Sunday night. Reports said that 20 men barged into the house of Qabil Joyo and kidnapped Amna and Jamila. Two members of their family, Ms Hakimzadi and Manthar, were injured by the kidnappers as they offered resistance. Qabil Joyo lodged an FIR with the Gambat police against 20 men, including Mashooq and Lal Bux, on Monday. However, no arrest was made till the filing of this report. The motive behind the incident is said to be an old enmity between two groups of people belonging to Joyo and Larik communities.
