BAHAWALPUR, March 14: Justice Farrukh Mahmood Malik of the Lahore High Court, Bahawalpur bench, on Wednesday asked the Bahawal Victoria Hospital (BVH) medical superintendent to produce record in kidney sale scam on April 4.
Samia Bibi through a petition had challenged the formation of a five-member medical board, comprising local doctors, to examine her. She prayed for formation of a new board having doctors outside of Bahawalpur for her medical examination.
On the other hand, a court on Wednesday extended pre-arrest bails of Samia’s husband Shakil, the main accused in the case, and his father by March 20.
