Thar Express arrives from India

MIRPURKHAS, March 3: Thar Express train with 153 passengers left the Zero Point Railway Station for Karachi via Mirpurkhas and Hyderabad on Saturday.

The passengers had arrived here at noon by an Indian train amid tight security.

Earlier, Thar Express carrying 347 passengers had arrived at Zero Point from Karachi at 9am. Rangers and police personnel were deployed on the tracks and at railway stations to ensure the safety of passengers.

PROCESSION: A procession to protest against the excesses committed by the Medical Superintendent, Civil Hospital Sukkur and Principal Nawabshah Girls Medical College was taken out by the Sindh Paramedical Staff Welfare Association on Saturday.
