QUETTA, Feb 20: A former provincial minister and adviser to the chief minister of Balochistan, Abadan Faridon Abadan, was missing for the last four days, family sources confirmed on Wednesday night.
On Sunday last he left his house situated in Percy Colony Jinnah Road, around 7pm and since then he is missing, family sources said.
“My husband, Mr Abadan, left home at 7pm to attend a friend’s dinner on Sunday last and since then he has not returned home,” Mrs Abadan said adding that for the last four days she has not received any information about her husband.
When concerned police officials were tried to contact no senior police officer was available to comment on the issue till late night.
However, sources told Dawn that the Inspector General Police and the DIG Quetta Range, Humyuan Jogezai met wife of Abadan Faridon Abadan late night at her residence to get any clue about Mr Abadan’s missing.
