St Michael’s win TT trophy

KARACHI, Feb 14: Trailing a set down, St. Michael’s Convent School recovered to beat Nasra Secondary School (main campus) 3-1 to lift table tennis trophy in the Inter-school sports festival at Habib Public school on Wednesday.

Earlier, the two teams cruised into final after defeating their opponent’s by identical scoreline of 3-2 in pre-finals. St. Michael’s got the better of Nasra School Korangi while Nasra School (main campus) overcame Beaconhouse School (jubilee campus).

Hosts Habib School opened the volleyball contest on a winning note when they nosed out Aga Khan Secondary School (garden) 25-10, 25-14.
