NEW DELHI, Feb 13: Terming the World Bank’s Baglihar report as a ‘win-win situation’ for both Pakistan and India, occupied Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad said on Tuesday that the first phase of the project will be completed by December after reducing the dam’s height.

“We welcome the recommendations of the World Bank neutral expert. It is a win-win state for India and Pakistan,” Mr Azad told a rally at the Chanderkote-based project site in Doda district, according to a news report.—APP
