KARACHI, Feb 7: The Cantonment Board Clifton has initiated various developmental works at a cost of Rs650 million in the area to be completed by monsoon.

Presiding over a meeting of the Defence Residents Association at the CBC office Thursday Brigadier Kamran Aziz Qazi said that all development schemes would be completed within the stipulated time.

The Chief Executive Officer of CBC Khwaja Iftikhar Ahmad Mir who was also present said that all filteration plants would be ready soon.

He said efforts were being made for cleanliness, repair of roads, and replacement of sewerage system and installation of street lights in localities.
