Murderer hanged

QUETTA, Jan 27: Noor Muhammad was hanged in the Central Jail, Mach, on Saturday for killing Eid Muhammad in 1996. He had been awarded death penalty by a trial court. Earlier, his execution date was fixed for Jan 11 but was extended as an application was submitted to the President praying that a compromise with the victim’s family was being brokered.Failure to strike a deal led to the execution of the killer. Later his body was handed to the relatives.
