SANGHAR, Jan 11: Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz leader Abdul Wahid Aresar has threatened to issue a ‘white paper’ about actions of the group’s chairman Basheer Khan Qureshi if he does not receive a reply to his charges until the death anniversary of nationalist leader G.M. Syed.

Speaking at a press conference at Hathungo, Mr Aresar said he had not received a reply to his 14-page charge-sheet in there months.

He said a six-member committee had been formed to investigate the allegations but the decision of four of them had been ignored.

He alleged that Mr Qureshi had opposed a long march from Larkana to Sann announced by Qurban Khuhawar at the behest of intelligence agencies. He accused Mr Qureshi of working against the interests of Sindh at the behest of vested interests.

He alleged that there was one-man rule in the party and said Mr Qureshi was behaving like Ugandan leader Edi Amin.

He vowed that he would resist all moves which harmed the JSQM while remaining in the party.
