KARACHI, Jan 4: A division bench of the High Court of Sindh comprising Justice Zia Pervez and Justice Nadeem Azhar Siddiqi on Thursday granted bail to an accused in a narcotics case. Petitioner Kosar Parveen, wife of the applicant/accused, submitted that the applicant was physically handicapped as he had one leg and also had stone in his kidney. The applicant/accused is in confinement since his arrested on November 1, 2006 by the Brigade police.—APP
