KARACHI, Dec 23: A smartly turned out contingent of the Gentlemen Cadets from the Pakistan Military Academy, Kakul, will mount the guard at the Quaid-i-Azam mausoleum on Monday (December 25) as a part of the celebrations to mark the Quaid’s birth anniversary.

An ISPR release issued here on Saturday said female cadets will also be included in the mounting of guard ceremony. It is the first time in the history of Pakistan Army that female cadets have been inducted in regular army. The first Sikh cadet of PMA will also feature in the contingent.—APP
