Tribal elder killed in Dera Bugti

QUETTA, Dec 19: A tribal elder, Wadera Bangan Khan Bugti, was killed and three others were injured in a landmine blast in Dera Bugti on Tuesday.

A Dera Bugti police official told Dawn that the elder’s vehicle had hit the landmine in Gordan Nullah area. Hayat, Gul Bahar and Khudadad were injured.

The official said that electricity supply to Dera Bugti town disrupted after two poles were damaged in explosions in Loti area had been restored.—Correspondent
