KARACHI, Dec 15: Seven ships carrying containers, general cargo and load petrol and naphtha are expected to arrive at the outer anchorage on Saturday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was active where seven ships, Soon Fu, Mol Silver Fern, Eric G. Gibson to unload and load containers, Thor Nautilus and Leopard to offload and load general cargo and Guido to offload cars were berthed.

Five vessels, Hyundai Sprinter, Y.M. Mondego, Soraya, Thor Nautilus and Pacific Jade departed on Friday, while Lalazar, Puma, Mol Silver Fern, Leopard, Eric G. Gibson, Soon Fu, American Highway and Kota Perkasa are due to sail out on Saturday.

Cargo handling activity at the wharves was active where a total tonnage of 83,049 tons comprising 4,694 tons of export cargo and 78,355 tons of import tonnage was handled.

The following ships are due on Saturday: Shalamar with crude oil, Produce to load petrol and naphtha, Kuo Chang, Marcalabria and Wan Hai-303 with containers, Emerald Coral with general cargo and Luna Blue with steel.
