Muslim graves vandalized in Austria

LINZ (Austria), Oct 6: Vandals damaged graves in the Muslim section of a graveyard near Linz, central Austria, on Saturday, police said.

They seriously damaged 28 of the more than 150 graves in the graveyard.

They ripped gravestones out of their concrete foundations, turned them over and tore wooden pieces out of them.

A Muslim visitor to the graveyard noticed the damage and alerted the police. —AFP
