LAHORE, Dec 8: Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz has said that the PML will take all its coalition partners along, recognising every party's right to express its views on various issues.

Talking to newsmen after the inaugural session of a two-day international conference on the status of women here on Friday, he said the PML had taken its allies with it in the past and these parties would remain together in the future.

He was asked about the allegations levelled by the Muttahida Qaumi Movement every now and then.

The prime minister said differences, if any, could be settled through talks and the allied parties would contest elections together.

He said all issues would be decided through consultations, as was done in the case of the women's rights law.

Replying to a question, Mr Aziz said the assemblies would complete their constitutional term and the elections would be held on time.

He believed that the continuity of the democratic process would strengthen the country.

The prime minister said performance of the government would play a key role in success of the PML and its coalition partners in the next elections.

Answering a question, Mr Aziz said Pakistan wanted the Kashmir dispute resolved in accordance with the aspirations of the Kashmiri people and in a peaceful manner.

He said the same blood was running in the veins of the people of Pakistan and the Kashmiris and Pakistan was doing its best to get the Kashmiris their due rights.

About the recovery of explosive material from an employee of the Intelligence Bureau in Peshawar, the prime minister said initial investigations showed that a minor issue had been blown out of proportion. He said a joint investigation team was looking into the matter and its findings would be made public.
