KARACHI, Dec 6: A woman and her grand-daughter were killed in a road accident on Suparco Road on Wednesday. Police said the accident occurred in front of the D-7 minibuses’ route in the limits of Sachal police station.
Wazira Khatoon, 60, and Roza Jan, 12, were crossing the road when a speeding dumper hit them crushing them on the spot.The heavy vehicle sped away from the spot following the accident, police said.
Police shifted the bodies to the Jinnah Hospital for legal formalities. The victims were residents of the nearby residential area, police said.
