KARACHI, Nov 29: Nuclear scientist Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan is unwell and needs 24-hour medical care, his sister said on Wednesday, dismissing official claims of his recovery from cancer surgery.Razia Hussain Khan appealed for the authorities to let her elder brother live with his family in Karachi.

“I have just spoken to him about two hours back. He is not well,” his sister told AFP.

“He has complained of pain in his ear and teeth. There is a need for a 24-hour doctor in attendance for him so that if he develops any problem he should be looked after immediately,” she said.—AFP
